Shipping policy

Delivery Option

All Orders will incur a standard shipping charge. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by Baileys Fudge Kitchen. If an item is damaged during shipping, Baileys Fudge Kitchen will not be held responsible.

Orders are delivered by New Zealand Couriers. North Island deliveries will be made the within three working days from order confirmation. During the week. Please note we do not ship on a Friday so your fudge arrives fresh. South Island deliveries will be made within two working days from order confirmation.

Rural Delivery:

All deliveries being made to a rural delivery property, will take up to an extra two working days.
